Title: Does this count...

As a minor case of anorexia?
Alright, so I've barely been eating (drastic loss of appetite), especially after my mother and I went to Lozada's restaurant (a Puerto Rican restaurant), Monday evening (previously we went to the zoo, after which we were hungry, of course, and I hadn't eaten anything--keep that in mind). So we waited there for a long time to get our orders, Mama had the crab meat in garlic butter sauce (included lots of onions) and fried plantains; I had octopus in garlic butter sauce (included lots of garlic, green olives, and green peppers) and fries. . . . After I had about, one fourth of the dish (about 10 bites -- I take small bites) and a few fries, I nearly threw up; kept gagging for 2 hours.
I swear the octopus still wants to come up (and it's Thursday!); and at school, I've barely eaten anything (a piece of pizza OR a sandwhich OR mashed potatoes and gravy and half a pint of milk and a little debbie). Even after that I start gagging. Then, after I get home, I don't eat anything (today I had a small cheeseburger--but not bread or anything, just the meat and cheese).
Could it be the birth control I'm taking (taking "YAZ")? Or something else perhaps...? :(

That's like a normal lunch for me... anyways, about the gagging, it may just be food poisoning, check up of that restruant you went to, if they have low standards, (do you have like a local restruant "police" thing? We have that here, basically just grades them on sanitation) if it's more or less bad, that could be it, in which case just ask a school nurse, or if you have one of those medical books hanging around, look it up, I wouldn't say go to the doctor's for something like that, but that's just me xD

Honey, anorexia is deliberately not eating to make yourself lose weight. If it's not on purpose, it's not anorexia, so don't worry about that.
It could be food poisoning, or maybe your body is reacting oddly to it. Have you eaten that particular dish before? If you have, something may have been messed with the dish. If not, then maybe your body isn't used to such foods. Geez, just reading that list of stuff makes me feel funny.
Same thing with me about lunch. I'm usually like that. Then I eat whatever chocolate is left over before sports practise, and I usually have so much over that I feed a few other people besides me. :P
Edit: Oh, and nothing else after the lunch? Ouch. You should try forcing something down. Nothing heavy, though. Just, like, a piece of toast and a few crackers or something. If you haven't eaten much, big meals out of nowhere can be weird on your stomach. Gagging is normal; it usually only happens to me if the food has a weird texture or if I eat it too frequently. It'll probably go away if you don't think about what you're eating, if you eat small things along the day, and if you vary your food-ing.

Wow. FEW=Counseling service?
Yah... It might just be food poisoning. Octopus might do that to you... Maybe you should try eliminating certain foods, or just wait a little while.

Octopus is bad. The suction cups do odd things inside you. I recommend soup, sprite, and saltines.

I'd believe food poisoning, except I saw that Lozada's was was rated #1 in Cleveland Magazine for 2003, 2004, and 2005.
Note: I've had octopus before; I've had it cooked and as sushi. (Octo. sushi = a few years ago)-(the sushi octo. is gross, it's unchewable.)
Thanks all.
