This post doesn't have flaming in it, so kurai, how about you go do your job and actually moderate instead of abusing your powers here?

Alright, fuck it. I'm kind of sick of this shit, and the gay unwarranted moderated posts. I'm out. Yay, I bet you guys are happy! ^_^ FEW is in a shit hole, and dying. Unfortunately, I got busy with school, and ended up losing time. I got on a break, started messing around a little before I was going to start making suggestions, and I get suspended. Ultima, Reyde, Pondy, Karn and I talk about it, and upon agreement with them, the suspension was deemed unwarranted. They say just keep a close eye on me. Reyde puts me on moderated posts though, and Ultima doesn't want to face confrontation (god forbid) and thus keeps saying "Just wait it out."

Whatever, fuck that. I realize this place is slowly declining, and with an undecisive root it isn't going to go anywhere as demonstrated with FEFF. The root doesn't know how to moderate posts, which sure as hell isn't a good sign. I'm going to give you all my last feedback on FEW, completely unbiased:

Staff:
'Ivan- Very well liked, but does he do much outside of the RPG?
Kayoh- Biased, not overly intelligent, not very productive, doesn't like admitting his mistakes, I don't know why the fuck he was premoted in the first place.
Lionheart - Cool guy, avoids confrontation though, which is a terrible quality in a root. The rest is good though.
Lord Strike, the Masterly One- Actually, he's probably my favorite staffer. Regardless of him probably wanting me banned, he's a firm admin, and isn't afraid to speak up. Also isn't terrible biased or anything.

Kojiro - Is he even still here?
KuraiKitsune - Does she do anything?
ReydeMagival20635 - Despite personal conflict, he would be an incredible staffer if he wasn't biased. He didn't follow the agreement in the chat, but his strong will ended up getting him what he wanted because no one had the balls to step up (no one with authority atleast). The strong will makes him a good staffer. Also immaturaty is another issue with him.

I would cut the staff down to 3 admins, Lionheart, Strike, and Reyde, and 'Ivan as a G-mod. That's it.

I wouldn't bring back the RPG, and focus on other member-based contests.

I'd get rid of all the forums that aren't active.

I would try and get more affiliated and recruit more members.

I'd try to work on the site some more.

And please, for the love of god, stop kissing female member's asses. They aren't special; yes, they have a vagina. I'm sure you'll all get laid someday, but sucking up to online females isn't going to speed it up.
