A simple solution to our problem. We could have multiple RPGs. We could essentially turn the text RP into an RPG. Everything that we want to add that has depth, or would in essence make the stat RPG more complicated, we can do with the text RPG. It'll allow those who want some casual play to do the Stat RPG, and those who want to have a deep plot, and a specialized character, to play the text RPG.

Uh, I want a good stat system fused with an text RP. I suppose that's option one?

We can do both, as long as they don't tie in. That's too much trouble IMO. I thought the whole goal of this reset was to make things easier. :hopping:

It will be easier. We can use the old system for the stat RPG.
And we can use the brand spanking new system.

As far as the Text and Stat RPG being tied together, I think that they should take place in the same world. You can use the same character in each, or not.

I'd think that one would use different characters. What with the stat rpg not being AP-based and all.

OH, I thought you meant the character's abilities being based off of its stats. I know what you mean now.

Well, I think we need a serious main rp based on the rpg, with maybe some other small rps in the side. I think it'd be really cool to have the rp be linked to the rpg, but we'd have to add some tweaks to the rpg like skills and such.
