Actually... that's Legoroy's. Plus that's not Zero. I believe it's Aile with the Model ZX, which is the essence of MMZ Zero + MMZ Mega Man in armor form. As I'm sure you are aware, the Zero from the MMZ series is a pansy.
MMX Zero pwns. MMZ Zero is meh, and MMZX Zero is just ugh. Even though MMZX is a fun game.

Wait, what the hell? No it doesn't. Yeah, Zero fires 6 shots. 1 to the LEFT, 2 to the UPPER-LEFT, and three to the RIGHT. Notice at the end that 3 bodies fall on the LEFT, while 2 fall on the RIGHT.
He must've shot one of the two on the right side twice.
