Isn't it only illegal if you do it on public property?
Is it supposed to say something, or is it just letters bumped together to make some art?

Haha, yeah, most tagging is usually just a name... occasionally it's just gibberish. But this is pretty good. I've seen better, being from NYC, but this is pretty good.
