Ha, well, the time of West Lycia sorta died while war was being prepared. Mathew wanted to attack while Grondy was away (Grondy called it) and the whole issue of our huge bank sorta...ruined everything. I would've whooped Matthew too. Alas, I never had the chance. I hope to get some chances for war this time around though so I'll be grinding my character. Keep in touch with me and I'll fight you when I get the chance.

Yeah, it's been like that every reset (besides the first, I didn't play that one, so I'm not sure)

Basically, there's always that 1 powerhouse and everyone teams up on them, and then the Forum Team says Nuh-uh, and doesn't do anything, killing off the RPG

EDIT-I think a certain limit was considered for # of people a particular country could have (based on how many ppl there were total), but I dunno if it ever got out of the talking phase.
