VI. Country Rules

A. General Rules

1. To join a Country, send a Personal Message (PM) to or otherwise communicate with the leader of that Country.

Each country can get members, of course, and if you want to, you can join any country you like. There is, however a new limitation. It is strictly dependent on the country with the most members compared to the country with the least members. If, at any time, a country has 5 more members than any other country, they will have to begin putting people on a waiting list until the country with the least amount of members gains more. Here are some examples for those that aren't quite sure of what this is all about.

Ex 1: Say there are three countries; C1 has 5 members, C2 has 7 members, and C3 has 5 members. Each country is perfectly fine, and is allowed to gain members.

Ex 2: Now, C3 has a sudden burst in popularity, gaining 5 members in a day or two. C3 would have to suspend new members from joining until C1 has a minimum of 6 members total. As soon as C1 gets its 6th member, C3 can accept an 11th member, and no more than that. When C1 gets 7, C3 can have 12, and so on, and so forth.

Ex 3: C1 gets 3 new members; for those keeping track, C1 now has 8 members, C2 has 7, and C3 has 5. All countries are able to accept new members.

2. Country leaders have complete control (within reason) of their Country. This includes not allowing people to join or banishing members.

3. Every Saturday, a Pay Day topic appears in the Updates forum. Each Country receives a certain amount of Pay Day gold proportional to how many territories that Country has. The Pay Day rules are as follows:

Every Country will get a weekly income of (number of territories in Country * 500) Gold.

A Pay Day topic will go up in the Updates forum every Saturday. Country leaders or representatives of said leaders have until the next Saturday to claim their Gold.

Claimed Gold goes directly into the Country Vault. No detours allowed.

When all Gold has been claimed, the topic will be closed.

Country leaders are responsible for keeping the Global Country Territory list updated. The amount of money will be calculated directly from that. If you fail to update the list and complain about not getting enough Gold, you won't get the extra Gold. It's your own fault for not being on top of things. You have been warned. If you update the list, though, you will receive the Gold for the next week.

B. Country Armies

1. Each Country has the opportunity to purchase a NPC army in to supplement its members.

2. The money for these purchases must come from the Vault of that country.

3. You do not need to show your purchases, but you must keep legitimate records of them. If you are found disobeying the rules of this system, you will be suspended for fourteen days and expelled from the RPG permanently.

4. The units for purchase must be made using the current system for character creation at FEW. NPCs do get custom weapons, but the weapons start with 15 uses rather than 35.

5. Countrys may trade units as long as it is mutually agreed upon by both Country leaders.

5. The maximum level of any unit up for purchase is Level 20/5, and a Country cannot purchase units with a level higher than the highest-level character among all the members of that Country.

6. The price for each unit depends upon the Level of that unit.

Level 1: 500 G
Level 2: 550 G
Level 3: 600 G
Level 4: 650 G
Level 5: 700 G
