Alright, so, I started to fix a pegasus rider as a character.

The thing is that when I calculated constitution, based on the character having lances, it ended up having 11 constitution and 9 in aid.

I'm not really one to complain, but that's just 1 more in aid than Lance has right now (8), and he's not even mounted.

So, my question is, is it possible to choose a lower constitution on purpose for characters that's supposed to be small?

No one really uses Aid IMO though, it's pretty useless in wars, and so a high con's good for wielding weapons.

Yes yes, of course, but it's for the sake of the fluff of it.

Edit: Actually, nevermind.

You should just make an argument that girls w/ horses and such should have con equal to boys. If you manage that you'll get up to 14 aid.
