So if we use two keywords do we average the stat caps of both of them for a new stat cap?

Maybe have it so that character gets an equal number of rounds up and rounds down? So if you have 2 .5 stats, you can choose one to round up and one to round down?
You'd still have to decide unevenly in the case of an uneven amount of .5 stats, but it'd make things slightly more balanced.
A single stat is pretty insignificant though, especially caps, since you're not likely to max every stat. So this could honestly be ignored w/out much effect on the RP.

You're wrong. The caps are so low, I think I'm going to max most everything save two stats.
I think we always round down, to answer your question.

Oh, I haven't looked at the most recent growths/caps stuff, so I'm prolly just confused from the last wars not having caps.
