Was Aien actually banned?

I really didn't feel like reading those posts, or following around other places to figure out the story behind them.

EDIT: I suppose I should ask for the answer to the topic title too. Can a man get himself some healthy clarification round these parts?

I'm not too sure about what happened myself, but I think that Strike's patience ran out.
