Image = funny. The topic name isn't, because you're breaking at least a few US laws, which means there has to be something in ToS against it. <_< Just stop it, Hiei.

I'm not breaking laws by saying hot naked 14 year old girls. Er, typing it. That doesn't break laws at all. Stop being paranoid. If I had posted pictures, yea, that would be illegal, but posting those words isn't illegal. Calm down dude, there's no need to get all worked up over it, it isn't hurting anyone.

You're insisting child pornography - which is an offense.

But, since I don't feel like being a bitch today... whatever.

Anyways, I agree with Kakashi - lame.

Show me proof. :) There is none. I proved your statement about women going topless being illegal wrong, now it's your turn.

even though walking down the street topless is legal you can still get arrested for disturbing the peace... You know this right?

That link no where says that me posting "Hot naked 14 year old girls" is prohibited.

Um, the point is that anywhere a male can walk topless, a female can too.

Doesn't apply to me.

Key word is "sexually". Nudity is not neccisarily "sexual".

That, and the fact that there was no nudity in the image, and the image is hardly sexual in any way whatsoever. And I wasn't "seeking or offering

* to receive, exchange, buy, produce, display, distribute, or reproduce, any visual depiction, if the production of such visual depiction involves the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct and such visual depiction is of such conduct, or

I don't see the big deal. T_T

Anyhow, it's changed to something less explicit now. <_<

Thank you. :) It was posted on FEF, which most people here think are "too strict," and not a single person complained. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Kaden - July 5, 2007 09:08 PM (GMT)
Hehe, funny.

And about the FEF thing... could that be because FEF is a big sausage fest?

I'm gonna just continue this b/c I find it sorta interesting, not b/c I want to convict Hiei of BS internet crimes.

I think the key is that if you're even making a pretense of offering it - even if you're really joking - it's some sort of violation of the law. Personally, I'd have to know the old title to be able to feel like it in particular was "offering sexually explicit stuff" or whatever.

This is sorta wishy-washy, though. In the case of copyright law, there's very noticeable allowances made for satire, criticism, etc; while there may be no obvious provisions for it in this particular law, I wouldn't be even slightly surprised if there could be an argument which would result in whatever old title was up being ok. Sometimes (certainly not always) I feel like the US and other countries manage to ignore some of the most petty enforcements of the law (this is totally NOT the case in driving, as patrol officers looking seem to get their rocks off giving tickets and stuff for anything).

That being said, invisionfree ppl would probably want to err on the side of caution, much like sites like youtube do (bannage stuff from TV series on rare occasions, when they can be arsed to - they're pretty fucking lazy and random about it if you ask me). While invisionfree staff is probably a bunch of annoying assholes, that doesn't mean we shouldn't be considerate of them, even though they'll probably never notice what's put on this site. We are using their forum and whatnot.
