It's a mixture of contribution to the site, activity, and length you've been here. You should probably be a veteran, though.

Various things. Not all of Hiei's information is correct. There is often a poll inside that Veterans will test the merits of the person in question. If Yes, then admittance, if no, well, you know.

To answer your question, Eves, becoming a Veteran is based more on maturity than anything. If you prove that you're a mature member that contributes to the forum, then somebody will make a poll for you in the Vet Room, and if you're voted in, then congratulations. If you're not, time to prove more.

Does that mean Sevvy needs to prove shit? Or is it just that because he's been pretty much null on the contributing since the...well, whatever reset it was when I left soon after it started...ya, you know, because I just haven't been contributing recently.
