WTF is this referring to?

EDIT-Only google searches seem to tie it to FEF in some way. I dunno y.

Maxime is a name used in some games for gods. That's the closest I can think of besides FEF.

Some FEF Roleplay, someone posted that in every topic or something there.

Yeahh, I remember someone apparently posting it there, and then a bunch of FEF people came and posted it alot. Everywhere. I remember Grondy quoting one of them and commenting on it, too. :S

Oh man, that was F'n hilarious, I remember alot of people reviving topics posting that, caused a load of confusion. XD
