Title: War Question

Assuming the staff sees this, you know how much I like to place the blame on you for the RPGs dieing, but there's no wars to be had as of yet.

Is is just that there hasn't been anyone to officially declare the RPG's war-available, or is everyone just waiting to see who takes the first move?

Nobody is strong enough to declare a war yet. The highest level character[I believe] is ~7.

Hades is level 8....even though he's not in a country...

Didn't know there was a level requirement for declaring wars, but okay, thanks!

wouldn't they be against random NPCs until some territories actually connect? and if so, I'd want at least a few lvl12s before I risked it personally

On the subject of levelage, where's the NPCs?

It doesn't matter if you lose the war anyways..... It's not like you lose a territory if you fail an invasion.

NPCs are based off of the levels of the invading force, so I'm not sure that being stronger makes you more or less able to take over a territory, unless your character is built in such a way that they're noticeably "better" at a higher level.

The only way taking over territories becomes easier that I can see is to have some territories already under your belt. Having more territory means you can send more units into a given battle; with 2 territories, and 5 characters, you outnumber the NPCs instead of the other way around.
