Hiei has been IP banned. There's a long list of reasons that include but are not limited to...
-Failure to comply to the staff. He wasn't suspended for posting the material, he was suspended for continuously posting it after being told by the staff not to. This brought his warn level up to 50%.
-Creating a second account. This is worth two warning points, I would know from personal experience. Current Warn Level: 83%
-Using said second account to dodge a suspension. Current Warn Level: 100%
-Flaming the staff with said second account. Banned.

Ok, that was mean, and while I don't know if I feel sorry for hiei, I think it's possible if I knew the full situation (which I don't).
EDIT-I suppose that Hiei at least just sorta went, instead of making outrageous demands of the forum.
