It has 4 levels, I have the game. It's called Shobon no Akushuon X3 (don't have a translation for that, sorry) and it's all memorization and timing. Great to let friends play a few times.

Hiyami, you have NO idea. I eventually quit at the fourth level with ~-120. Now, obviously, I can get to that point with less than half that many losses, but still. Also, you have to get the Japanese version and run it with AppLocale so that it thinks it's a Japanese computer.
Blight, there are no online Flash adaptations to my knowledge.
