Apparently, darth vader and yoda have appeared in soul caliber.

At first I didn't beleive you, then I heard good old Darth Vader and I nearly pissed myself with joy.
I don't get how the hell they're going to find a way to insert the two into the plot.

When I saw topic I thought it was one of those videos of special skins to look like other people (there are a whole bunch of them w/ characters like solid snake and dante). Turns out it's for real.

I nearly creamed my pants when I heard Vader... but omg, that's gonna rock. Lightsabers in SCIV! But it's kinda weird that they use Lightsabers... it's like... wait, wha? I mean, wouldn't that technically cut through everything? Making their hits all one-hit kills? I know I'm nitpicking, but it's just weird...

Well the PS3 is black, and the 360 has green parts to it, so I kind of understand their reasoning, but having Vader on the 360 does feel better.

Link and Haihachi made sense in SCII. They could both fit into a medieval setting, even Spawn could fit when he fought with melee weapons. But Vader and Yoda are from the past of the past of the past of the past. With laser swords. Doesn't fit.

I'm buying the 360 then. Seriously, Vader was good when he choke killed and flew the Tie Interceptor...then he was slowly killed over 5 more movies...
Yoda however, took face, and bounce-pwned it.

First of all, the new three star wars movies don't count when thinking about vader, because they put a really bad actor for him in the new ones. In the original, he pwned more than any other character.
