ToS is a freakin sweet game! i'm a lil behind the rest of u but i just got it today. i played about an hour an a half and i'm at the fire seal place. i dont get how to beat the chest whos immune to physical damage tho...

Have ALL your magic users casting spells at him from a distance and keep him busy with Lloyd. Use your defense tech, guard a LOT. Try not to die, but if so, resurrect with Life bottle. Use Orange Gels to keep your spellcasters going.

If you still die, level up some!

i know~!~!! its so awesome~!~!! and the storyline.... i cant even describe it. all i can say is that i actually cried at some parts. right now, im in Mitho's castle.

who's you guys' favorite characters to use, and who you like the most as a character?

I always use Sheena. she may be really weak, but that helps her get Over Limit faster, and then you can choose your own Summon Spirit to summon.... and my favorite character overall is definately, without a doubt, Colette. she's probably one of my favorite characters of all time ^_^

LLoyd could own collette, and i dunno who sheena is.

yeah, he probably could. its just i like Colette's personality and the way she looks and stuff ^_^ Sheena is the Black-haired ninja on the cover of the game

kratos is pretty freakin sweet. only problem is that i wanna use genis but i need reine, so who do i sub Genis for? Collette or Kratos?

dude have u seen the angel feathers tech? that does massive damage muliple times.

yeah I've seen it...even that annoyance loyd's better. No offense, but I don' like him. He's just boring...AND ANGEL FEATHERS Does almost nothing!

I rented it, it's pretty fun...

my collette is doing 150 dmg per feather. times about 7. and Lloyd is so cool, using better weapons hes so skilled.

my collette is really useful cuz she doesn't stutter on magic, so they go for her when she's casting and I can slash the crap out of them while they do that

genis is way better than collette.....

my fav group is

lloyd=me hacking at the boss like crazy
raine=healing me as fast as she can
genis=casting indignation+
sheena=hacking at boss+going into overtime>summoning

all that=beat game at lvl 68......

i hate collette.....she is freaking annoying....

my fav group is either:

Sheena: mostly for summoning, and im obsessed with Life Seal.
Raine: healing. thats pretty much all i use her for, plus her attacks are pretty good.

(2 out of three of these)

Colette: Judgement is one hell of an attack. i set her on L-Range attacks, so that and Angel Feathers is all she uses.

Genis: What kind of attack can't he use? and, besides, his attacks are really strong.

Lloyd: (mainly used at bosses) the worst thing about him as a NPC is that his TP is gone in a few seconds. killer attacks, and really helpful at cornering bosses and savagely attacking them. ^_^

Loyd(My little brother)-Hack and slash tactics is all he uses.
Presea(Our friend)-Cut down almost anyone with one swipe
Zelos/Kratos(ME!!!)-Lightning, fireball, healing skill, on tetra slash pwns enemies
Raine(CPU)-We needed a healer....three close rangers get low HP pretty quick, especially Loyd.

NEW TEAM!!

Lloyd (me using hack and slash)
Genis (my brother casting magics)
Kratos (NPC casting heals and hacking)
Reine (shes a crazy <blocked> healer)

Then collette has 2 be stupid and be on the boss team.

Just make sure you don't beat the game yet if you are looking to get everything you cant continue after beating it that really pissed me off because i was going to go back and do everything. And my favorite character is Kratos to use by far and Kratos as a personality also closely followed by Regal in both. The storyline was pretty killer once you got to the second disk in this game and the final movie was freakin sweet.

i know!~!! my brother wouldn't let me get some recipes and stuff cause he wanted to fight with me..... i still never got the one in Altamira.... where was that pumpkin?

that final movie was the best ever....all the movies were good, but i like that one the best. Mana was so pretty ^_^

i think what strike means is that he's in the top floor of the hotel in Hima. you can't access it at first, i dont think, but you can sooner or later...

don't worry, Durendal, same thing happened to me. my friend trained up super-high so that she could beat Kratos, and he just got stronger too. i think it's meant so that you have to lose to either one or both of them. ^_^

Yggdrasill's unbeatable. All you must do to defeat him is actaully to survive a certain amount of time.

damn, i'm still there but i just watched Shaolin Soccer with my family so yeah. this game is freakin HUGE!! i'm 21 hours in and still in Thethe'alla (sp?) probably because i flounder around alot but meh.

i bet the game at about 60 hours, so yeah.

hmm.... i remember having trouble with that one.... i think it might be in the room to the left when you first enter the temple. not sure tho
