you open up to be injured. I tried once, but I just closed myself off so not to get hurt..
grondring - February 26, 2005 01:43 AM (GMT)
The third time? You might consider taking a temporary sabbatical from dating.
sara13987 - February 26, 2005 02:11 AM (GMT)
What? No, there's nothing wrong with you. Don't worry about that. I'm rather impressed you made it to three before this happened (I'm stuck at one).
*sigh* I really don't know what advice to give. This will all blow over when it wants to, and you can't do anything (that I know of) to speed this up. Just take your time, and try to get over her as fast as possible. I read somewhere that if you don't get your grief out, you'll be completely messed up, and if you grieve too much, you'll never get over her...
And, grondy, I've seen people get in and out of more than 3 relationships without a scratch. I'm just glad that guys are like this, too... -_-
grondring - February 26, 2005 02:40 AM (GMT)
Now I'm confused. I was under the impression he had broken up with girlfriends thrice and each time his "heart cracked" (paraphrase).
Durendal - February 26, 2005 02:44 AM (GMT)
dude, its probably not serious, the last 2 girlfriends that broke up with me i felt like total poop for about a month but you live through it, i'm a slightly less emotional person from it but besides that its all fine.
ChaosDevil27 - February 26, 2005 02:52 AM (GMT)
Dur, thats kinda how ive been doing.
My first girlfriend I thought was nice, but I found out she was using me for social status. She found out that i knew, and told her friend to tell me she was breaking up
(yea that sounds confusing) I was a little less happy...
Then she asks to go back out again, I thought she learned her mistake...
Nope. Heart breaked again, and laughed a bit less.
Now this girl, she was like an angel...I could take to her about anything, we could do stupid things...
but she broke up saying she just isnt ready for bf/gf(even though we already were for about a month) Now im rather sad, trying to get over it, and going to have a hard time talking to her.
We are in a group for history, we have to make a Bill of Rights. Bah.
Im just glad she doesnt hate me or will badmouth me behind my back.
grondring - February 26, 2005 03:10 AM (GMT)
It's good that it affects you. The other option is becoming a cold-hearted bastard like me a rock or something.
ChaosDevil27 - February 26, 2005 03:12 AM (GMT)
Ouch. I take it youve had your share of women problems?
Axem Titanium - February 26, 2005 03:17 AM (GMT)
I'm answering for him: no.
ChaosDevil27 - February 26, 2005 03:19 AM (GMT)
Never mind then....
do you know eachother in person?
Axem Titanium - February 26, 2005 03:20 AM (GMT)
As a matter of fact, yes, I do know the Coffee Demon in person.
Durendal - February 26, 2005 03:29 AM (GMT)
hey, there is nothing wrong with being emotionless, the girls all think your some mysterious guy and then are al happy when they finally get you to show emotion.
ChaosDevil27 - February 26, 2005 03:17 PM (GMT)
I did that for a year....people always bugging me to talk or something..pain in the donkey.

Actually, he did. I thought there was an 'and' in there, but there wasn't, and I was too lazy to edit it.

Being emotionless is hard. That's all I can honestly say. If I don't see any emotion in anyone, I'll either strive to make them show something, or ignore them completely cause they're probably happier that way.

If someone drops you for that, never ever take them back. A... uhh.... friend of mine has payed severely for taking back someone she shouldn't have.

Ooh... sounds familiar. If she was an angel, like you said, then it wasn't any easier on her. She's probably feeling extremely guilty, and emotionally torturing herself for it. She probably thought that having a bf was easier than it seemed, and she might have been blinded by some parts.
It's not your fault. You can't force anyone to be ready before they are going to. My advice to you is to wait it out. If it seems that she really is the one for you, then maybe you should wait until she's ready. I wouldn't advise you to do that unless you're positive, though.
ChaosDevil27 - February 26, 2005 03:22 PM (GMT)
Oh....thanks Sara, that sounds logical to me
sara13987 - February 26, 2005 03:27 PM (GMT)
Anytime. I hate seeing people hurt like this, so it's the least I can do.
grondring - February 26, 2005 06:18 PM (GMT)

Dude, I know. At my old school I pissed off one popular slutish type, and 5 tough kids came after me, and the whole school wanted to beat me up.
Only my friends didnt do that.
