ok, so say that there is this girl i reallylike and i thought she liked me as a friend until yesterday i found out that she doesnt like me at all..... :( i still like her though! any suggestions on how to get her to like me?

*sigh* I in a way have that problem as well. The most I can say, is try to do things that she mightn otice you for, but if she is the popular, only hangs around with the other popular, I advise to look for someone else. One of my best friends whos a girl, I have a crush on now, and I thjink she likes someone else so im trying to force mysel not to like her......hard but can work if you want it to.
Basically, if you cant talk to her, just move on and look for someone else.......

Anyways, Durandal, think about it. If she doesn't like you as a friend now, what are the chances that she'll be your friend and then be your girlfriend before your (or her) affection runs out? I hate to say it, but I doubt this will work out. If you're extremely desperate, you can find out a whole bunch of things that she likes, for example, maybe she likes... sports. If she did, then maybe you could try enrolling yourself in such things that would catch her attention. Finding out what she likes in a guy is even better for that. But, do not ask her friends, especially her female friends, what she likes. I know, there's practically no other way to find it, but, if they find out, they're going straight to that girl and saying everything. If and when she finds out what your doing, there's only a slim chance that she's going to like you. I mean, if she doesn't even consider you a friend now, what are the chances?

Ooh, ooh. Not the best of situations. The worst part about liking your best friend is that if it doesn't work out, you might not be friends anymore. If you think that losing her permanently is a good enough risk (maybe, you would work it out afterwards, but i doubt it'd be the same again), then go for it. The worst that can happen is that she only considers you a friend. If she rejects you, then it may be awkward for a while, but, then, you'd probably forgive and forget. I mean, if my best guy friend asked me out, I'd at least consider it. If you're best friends, then you probably enjoy being around each other, and that's why "best friends to lovers" relationships end up with the biggest chance of staying together. There's just such a risk with it, that it makes people consider whether or not to go for it....

hey man i know the feeling. as does most every guy in the forums, and most likely a good deal of the girls. keep trying though. but if she says no, no means no.

If she doesn't like you at all, then why do you like her? Either she doesn't know you very well-in which case, try making friends with her-or you don't know her well. If there's anything I've learned from the one girlfriend I have...don't waste time on someone who doesn't really care about you.
