Title: Two Things
Alex - March 31, 2005 01:46 PM (GMT)
1. Can we use our own random numbers to judge our own fights if we post a screenshot?
2. I have noticed a difference in reffings when looking over other people's reffings and mine. According to this
topic, you need to use the average of the first two numbers to see if you hit. I have been following this but I see others just using one random number to see if they hit. Have I been totally screwing up?

1) I doubt it. You can still alter the screenshot to suit your needs, or, refresh the random number page until you get the numbers you want. I'd rather use my own nmbers entirely, but, it's not too hard to ask someone else -_-
2) The first thing I noticed when I clicked that link was the date it was posted. almost 4 months ago. I mean, I use one number to determine hit and crit. When this was brought up before, wasn't it agreed that you can use either way(s)? As long as you don't screw up and change it entirely, it should be okay, in my mind...

#1:Just no.Because of the things Sara said.
#2:You haven't been totally screwed up.You can roll as many numbers as you like,as long as you just roll so that one number goes for hit and one for crit.If you average 100 numbers for either of them isn't anyone's problem.

two separate rolls, esgal?
i thought that one roll, if it's, say 1, with a 5% crit chance, then it crits.

It varies by the judge, Fifth. Personally, I roll two separate numbers.
It's not a problem unless you all make it one. :ph43r:

You must use at least two numbers. And as of now judging your own battles is prohibited.

Really, now? Totally? As in, not even with other people's numbers?

What?! Seriously now, Karn. Look at how many battles aren't being judged, now. Do you think, that by not letting judges judge their own battles, that will make everything better? No.... I'm behind on my judging already.... I really don't need more battles on me....
Two numbers, I can handle. It'll just take a while to.... get used to....
