I think there's not a single Armored only weapon.(Correct me if Im wrong) Which is unfair because there is like a million effective against armored weapons.

You said armored always gets the advantage (i mean these weapons). What about in the case of a heavy spear and armorslayer (which bests those who have armored).

If you weilded an armorslayer, you would get the effective bonus but would lose the weapon triangle.

so that meaning..... there is no advantage for either weapon ?

No, winning the weapon triangle and getting an Effective weapon bonus are different things....read the Battle Mechanics.
