Just a suggestion, maybe there should be a veteran group? Like, a group of members who avoid flood control, and can have bigger avatars and stuff. People who are well trusted and such. Just an idea. Also, that way the "Veteran Room" wouldn't have to be password protected, and could just be permission masked.
