If wet is defined as being in contact with water then yes. Water is always in contact with another molecule of water.

no, you are only wet when you have been at least partally submerged in any liquid (like blood, or vodka, or water, or squash, etc.) and it shen taken out of the liquid. the residue molacules are what makes you wet.

The water itself is not wet, but it makes objects wet.....thats what I think.

that is what i said, exept all liquids make you wet.
