When your beloved LH shows stripes, it could mean a few things. If your fish has just newly arrived, it may still be getting used to the new environment. If your fish has settled down and show stripes suddenly, you would have to check the water, the appetite or look for any external wounds. Signs of stripes may mean a sign of stress. If it still eats and swims actively, then these are positive signs and you just have to watch for other factors. Observe a few days and deal with it accordingly. My LH was striped for a few months when i shifted it to a 3 ft.

It'll take time for the stripes to disappear, so just be patient ;)
