oh, badminton was fun. :lol: made me miss the times i played with my frens after graduation. but i ached for 2 days after that man! suppose to go again tmr but i'm down with flu. sigh. quite need the exercise now that my kickboxing classes have stopped. getting fat with all the goodies at work...
aiya, chinese movies always end up on tv very soon after ley. no point watching. so prefer to watch ang moh ones...

aiya, my kickboxing is more aerobic exercise la...tho this instructress does make us train with weights so that our boxes are more powerful. so better than my 1st instructor. but dunno ley, haven't tried on anyone...haha!
ya, dino, sthg like tat...kickboxing is literally, kicking n boxing lor! front kick, back kick, side kick, jump kick...left box, right box, use knee etc etc...dino, u wan me to demo next time we meet... :P :fight:
