my flowerhorn's eyes are bulging.
i have added salt and have changed 20% water but i want to make sure that what i am doing is going to cure this problem. i have a 75 gallon tank with coral sand for under gravel filtering and rocks only.

I think you need to get some anti internal bacteria and internal parasite medication for the fish.

try feeding him some garlic for the time being ;)

I did a PP bath for my fish. Cleared uot 100% water change gradually in a day. Added befuran. Within a week, u shld see improvements. Of cos, u must have frequent water changes.
