Title: How do I identify which one is a male/female FH?
Description: Identify genders & on how to breed them?

My new hobby is breeding flowerhorn & I really am not sure how to identify a male/female flowerhorn?

How do I breed them?

One of the fish just laid eggs...Will it hatch by itself?

What do I do when the FH laid eggs?

Hoping for an immediate response.

Thanks!

female fh just keeps on laying eggs no matter if they are solo in their tank of its with a divider with another female...

try to vent them..

lets say you got a pair and they are divided in the tank...

you should do is when the female just stopped laying the eggs you just switch the places of the female and the male and hopefully after 3 to 4 days it would hatch... by the way the safest way is that you separate the parents from the siblings. so that they will not get eaten
