Mathew slowly trails down a red rocky peak. Occasionally jumping to the side to avoid the flares. "This is one hot-" "GAH!" Ashley appears out of nowhere and lands on him. "Hmm..." Ashley says out loud, "For a feiry angry looking island, the ground sure is soft!" "a-a-and the g-girls sh-sure are h-heavy!" Mathew gasps out these words, "Uh!" Ashley jumps up from the sound of Mathew's voice, "Mathew?" She shouts out, "down here..." He chokes, "OMG! I'm so sorry!" she apologizes, "I heard you were on the islands, but never expected to find you HERE!!!"

Serkane and Ezkuro land in front of Matthew and Ashley. "Matthew! There you are!' He yells. Ezkuro turns to him. "Ah, yes, aren't you the guy I saw with Serkane? Matthew, I'd like you to meet Ash-" "He already knows her!" Serkane quickly says. "What?" "They're siblings. " "Oh. Nevermind then. " He laughs, but realizes something isn't right. "Where's Melana?" He wonders. "She's- Oh no, you're right! She must've been left behind! And we were only together a short time, too. " "Don't be sad. We'll see her again soon. How many islands are there, anyway?" "Yeah, I suppose so. Knowing her, I bet she's going to help Zeik find that Kiez guy. " "Probably. Come on, let's go. "

"Geez. How many times will we fall through the sky like that?" Koga says while Utada was tending to a lump on his head (RHYME!).

"These islands seem more dangerous then fighting a Shadow," Utada remarks. "What do you think, Matthew?"

"I think you're right, I've been hiking this island for days, don't know what happened to Nene though Serkane..." Mathew says.
"And cleoy!" Ashleys ays, she must've been with Zeik too! I don't see her around!"

Utada begins to panic. "Oh no. Do you think they even went through the portal?"

(OOC: Serkane is with them. Melana was the one who stayed behind.

(I know, Mathew was talking to serkane, forgot the comma)

"I know... very bad, but where are they? We don't have any jewels to go back! Except one to that weird island that made the wishes happen or soemthing" Mathew says holding up the purple gem, "but we'd have to find an altar first." He adds. "We shoould keep going" That way?" He points. A sunset falling over the volcanic mountains in the distance.

"Actually, I have a gem that'll take us to Perpetuality. " Serkane offers. "Cleoy's on the island next to it. We'll just have to find the altar here. "

"But do we really want to go back to Perpetuality? All we've been doing is going around in circles really, we need to get somewhere!" Ashley complains, "Yeah, but we need Cleoy" Mathew adds, "she's with Zeik and Melana, don't worry"

*sigh* If only there was a map that could help us navigate around these islands. Running in circles is going to be such a hassle. thought Koga.

As if something heard his thoughts, an orb of light appeared out of nowhere.

*I'm Small!* Small says, *Ughh... not again...* And slaps his forehead.

"Yes, a map would be helpful, maybe... as we pass througt he islands, we can peice together a map!!! " Ashley exclaims, as a geyser fires up beside her, "eek!" "Then again, we'd better get going!" Mathew shouts," A series of more eruptions spew out feiry lava, "We gotta get to a safe place!!!" Mathew shouts, flicking his wrists and sending out blades of wind to stop the geysers. The ground begins to rumble and vibrate with high intensity.

We may be more safe if we travel in the air. Utada thinks.

Catching Koga's eyes, she manages to send him the message. Utada spreads her wings and begins to speed through the air while Koga leaps as far as he can.

I wonder, is Small going to be any help or just another annoyance? Koga thinks as he evades the lava geysers.

"What are you two doing up there?" Serkane says. He then leaps out of the way of another geyser. "I see what you mean. Ezkuro, let's go. " he says as he catches an updraft. "All right. " Ezkuro obliges and flies upwards. "Shame you guys can't fly" Serkane says to the others on the ground. "Frankly, I'm not sure how you can stand walking everywhere. Well, that's irrevalent. We need to find a safer location, if such a thing exists on these godforsaken islands. "

*sigh* Smalls ays, *Umm... Koga, I'm a telepath... I'm not an annoyance, but where's Rose? I'm, glad you and Utada an speak telepathy*

"You're proabbly right" amthew agrees, "There really hasn't been anywhere safe, althought hat purpleish islandwas, with the tiny islands." He uses speed to avoid a geyser. "!!!' "What was that!?" Ashley shouts, The ground shaeks some more, until... the ground crumbles beneatht hem, "Aughh!!! What si that!?" A large rocky creature rises out of the boiling heat, gives a loud roar and twists in a strange manner, turning glowing red jewellike eys towards Ashley. *The jewels!!! This thing must be the altar?*

"The altar?!?" Serkane exclaims. "So this is why we teleported here. We've gotta get out of here for now. You want to go back to Perpetuality? I have to go to see Melana again. She barely confessed her true feelings before we were separated again. I hope you understand. " He uses the blue gem and tosses it to Ezkuro. Ezkuro sarcastically says. "Oh, so you'd rather be with your new girlfriend than your best bud? I understand. " "Sorry, I'll be back soon. Besides, it's better that we get everyone else. " He goes in.

(((The altar is actually a golemn like thingamabob, not like a temple resting on the ground, the jewel slots are it's eyes)))

"Serkane's right, We have to find a safe place to rest before we can try to get into the altar again" Ashleys says, 'There" Mathew points out, off into the distance was a small shore, of deep red sand. Off the coastline of Malevolent was water, that reached a jungle looking island, sparkling with an iridescent brilliance. "There's fruit there" He says, noticing the small yellow gourds on the ground, and the bright red berries hanging from the bushes. Green fuzzies were running around harvesting them into a ditch. "We shoudl go there and recoop" He says.

(OOC: Oh...)

Serkane looks around. "Sure thing. Last one there has to kiss Ezkuro!" "HEY!" "Fine... Anyways, I'm starving. That should give me reason enough to hurry. " "I'm twice as hungry as you are, Serk!" "You're always hungry..." "Not always. Sometimes I'm just thirsty. " "Whatever... less talk, more walk. Or fly. Whatever your preferred method of locomotion is. "

"Well, no more used talking! LET'S GO!" Koga exclaims as he jumps after Serkane. Utada follows behind, a feeling of hope rising within her.

Mathew speeds along, "Well I'm triple hungry!!!" And uses speed tog et ahead of the group. Then as he crosses the sand dune and dissapears out of sight, a scream is heard, "Yauuggghh!!!!!!" Sand is seen splashing around, "Mathew, enough with the jokes." Screaming continues, "Seriousliy" It continues, "I don't think he's joking..." Ashleys says, "Cmon, we have to go help him, "She holds a small ember in her palm.

Serkane and Ezkuro fly over to where Matthew is.

"What... Is this thing!?" Ashley exclaims, A large pink worn was slightly emerged from the sand, "And where's Mathew!?" *The wrom must have him!* "You worm!" Ashley lashes out her ribbon and tries to strangle the worm.

(((You guys all realize you guys are allowed to ccontrol charatcters that users have no owner ship of right? Like if I haev a profile, and it's approved for the charcter, it's mine, but a monster, anyone can control)))

"Ezkuro! Are you ready?" "Of course!" "All right then, attack at once!" Serkane and Ezkuro got on opposite sides of the giant worm. At once, they attacked it with the Stormrider's talons and a flaming axe attacking it at the same time in opposite directions.

Then ashley slides under, "Skarry!!!" A long tube thingamajig is released froma small capsule, "Hah!" A loud hwoooooooo! Sound was heard echoing in the wind as the worm slowed down it's offense. "I got your energy now!" Then the worm writhed in agony as the two other weapons had struck him, it began to dig down deeper into it's tunnel reburying behind it as it went. "After it! But some of us should stay behind, in case something happens to us down there, they can go down and heal us, that would include Utada. She's important cause she can heal. Ezkuro, Serrkane, are any of you two staying? if not, I'll stay up here, but we need to plan this plan out quickly, we can't have the worm get away with Mathew like this!!!

(((What she doesn't know is that the worm has retreated and that Mathew's just buried int he sands nearby, digging himself out :P )))

Utada places her hand near where Mathew's head is and sends out a Spirit Orb. The force blows the ground apart, freeing his head. "Are you okay?"

"Lava foutains, giant worms, living stone altars, whats next? Over grown killer whales?" Lilum flys down, still looking the way she did when she transformed, but not as scary, she was slowly changeing back into Nene. "Sorry I'm here late, I was flying over here when Lava shot up infront of me and damaged my wing when I tried to dodge, I had to heal it before even thinking about flying again." She shifted her wing to show a cresent shaped scar. "So...who are all of these new people I have yet to meet?" Just then she whirled around to freeze over a lava fountain area thingy (whatever it's called) "But now isn't the right time for introductions."

"Who's this girl and why does she have wings?" Ezkuro remarked. "She's a friend of mine. Like she said, now's not the time for introductions. Come on, everyone!" He suddenly notices Matthew's head sticking out. "Oh, never mind that. Let the poor worm go for now. " "Are you crazy?" "It never hurt us. Leave it. " "Fine. " He steps out of the way of a lava geyser. "Let's find a safe spot first. "

Utada flies up and scans the area. She spots an area that has very little negative energy. "We may be safe over there."

To verify, Koga also takes a look at the area. "It seems safe. It could be a trap though," he says, sounding concerned (which is a bit rare for him).

Mathew a bit dazed from the attack, stands up and brushes himself off, "Were'nt we going to that fruity... delicious.. island?" He asks, and continues to glance over there. Mouth watering.

"No, we cant. It may look sweet now, but it's not. Those green things will attack us on sight, and they can pull a punch." She scaned the area. "There really is no safe place on this island from what I can tell, we might have to leave the island. I can make platform for the ones who can't fly. But we need to find an island thats safe."

Utada glanced at the area again and noticed that the good energy was mask. Nene was right. "Looks like we'll just have to keep flying around the island until we find a place that's safe."

Koga sighs. This was going to be one long search.

"Alright then......" She whispered some thing under her breath, then held her hand out and formed a large ice platform big enough to carry the ones who couldn't fly. "For those who don't want to walk, swim, or whatever. It's not freezeing cold but mildly warm. So you won't freeze."

"All right, why don't you lead the way?" Serkane replies

Mathew and Ashleys tep onboard. (((Darkrealm, that kinda is godmoding case I don't think you have that skill set yet)))

Koga steps onboard. Utada flies beside the platform as it begins to move. A thought pops into Koga's head.

"Oy! Nene right? This thing can't melt right? If it can, I know how to keep that from happening."

Lava spouts crackle underneath, "I see why you'd ask that Koga, " mathew replies. Watching as the corners begin to melt off and drip into the vast ocean below. "The island's that way" He points out.

(((It's not really a skill. A begginer in magic could make a platform out of the element they're studyings. It's pretty much basic ice formation.)))

"Bah, you underestimate it. Watch the ice carefully." The edges we're slowly gaining ice where it was mealting off of. "I can keep it this state of a little over 2 hours usually. But then I need to rest to get my strength back."

"It's just that since Utada can prolong the amount of time substance last, I was wondering if her Celestial energy would work on your platform," Koga explains.

"Hmmmm, i don't know. I wouldn't wan t to try to combine two different magics cause the outcome is weird and something strange might happen like......we can't use magic anymore or something along those lines, so i don't want to risk it."

(((Yeah, but anything magical must be a skill, like anything ice would be a skill, but you haven't set your skills, and if you do, you'd have two skills, wether it's a begginer skill or not,. Because the islands seal off all your power and the gradually come back as you get used to their unstable energies. Like Cleoy normall can shoot atars, but in this game, she had to learn it as a skill, again. So Nene will have to do the same, I'm sorry. But You CAN set it as your skill, cause you can have two skills right now. When you level up (blue squares) you'll get another skill! Easy as that! Your older skills also get stronger)))

"Yeah" Ashley says. "And unless you're a combination mage type, it can cause big damage. Like me, I have to think my combos out before I use them, or they may backfire, but Nene should be able to keep replenishing the ice as it melts, right?" She questions.

"Well, I suppose I could carry someone with my psychic abilities should her ice fail. Ezkuro's strong enough to carry someone too. " Serkane remarks. "Yeah, that's true. I could probably carry two of you actually. " "Ezkuro, you can't possibly be that strong..." "Oh really? Well, I could at least carry Ashley and Matthew. That leaves about 3 people total. " "I never knew you could count. " Serkane says sarcastically. "What?!?" "Can't you take a joke? " "Some friend you are..." Ezkuro mutters.
