It's on May 4...I checked the calendar and that's on a Wednesday! who the hell puts proms in the middle of the week! seniors don't have school that day either. then there's no school for all students on the 5th and 6th...lucky ass! might as well take the week off...

Yeah, that's how it usually is....but when it was our prom t was on a damn Friday. Which mean s we didn't have school Thursday or the day of the prom. True might as well take the whole week off.

my senior prom was on a friday. we got the day off! oh yeah! and it was on the week we got back from spring break! there were some lucky juniors and seniors then. cuz the US history teacher took a group to washington DC on spring break and they came back the day before everyone got back to school. then there were some seniors that went to the washington trip that also went to the Senior Overnight Retreat. I didn't go, but I heard it was fun. Anyways, the retreat was like from monday-wednesday. so the people that went to the retreat just went to school on thursday then everyone had the day off on friday for prom...

Well, mainly because I was there while they were decarating it. The theme was like a city type you know where you're like outside dancing at night and you can see all the stars and skyline and stuff like that. It was really really nice, but I didn't wanna go. I was asked, but I wasn't really feelin it.

i see! that's cool though. i mean, i didn't want to go to mine, but i did anyways. i did that for both junior and senior year! i think i had more fun junior year, tho! i should not have gone my junior year!....not that prom senior year wasn't fun. it's just that i felt it was overrated anyways...

Yeah, I mean even though I didn't go to the biggest even of my life which is like the 3rd most important thing next my my 15nera and wedding.....big deal. I did however go to them when I was a freshman, sophmore, and junior..so it ain't no biggie

yeh, prom is the 3rd biggest for me too...wedding, debut and then prom...A debut is like a 15nera but for filipinas its when they're 18. did you have a cotillion (dance) too?
