A rather nice area within the City of Demons. Homes from small to large can be found across these streets, providing stability to the people who live within them. Most of the homes in this area of the city are owned by those of the middle class, though there's occasionally an upper-class home here as well.

|The Slums|
A far less pleasant area of Sunnydale. Many of the Lower Class families find themselves living down here in the houses that were build back when the city was first founded. Though old and some have the potential to be beautiful, this is the bad part of town and all potential is lost.

|Rising Heights Apartments|
A rather nice apartment complex is settled on the boarder between uptown and downtown, attracting people from all walks of life. Though the building seems to be constantly added on, it isn't all that large.

For those of great wealth and power, a home in this prestigious neighborhood is a must have. Though homes here are well beyond the wealth of most people, the occasional Sunnydale resident will find this place to be quite comforting.

Your one stop shop for all of your occult needs. The Magic Box is full of books, candles, and herbs, everything the modern Wicca needs. Stay away from the second floor though, that’s were they keep the bad mojo.

One of the oldest religious establishments in the city. The old white building boasts the largest congregation of Catholics and of any church for that matter, in Sunnydale. Behind the large church stands a graveyard.

In a town like this, a superb hospital is a must. Sunnydale Memorial definitely delivers. The fine doctors that operate the hospital are very adept in handling the vast number of emergencies that seem to arrive in the town.

Located just off of Main Street, Anderson Park is a popular place for kids, teens, and adults. However the park is also popular to all of the nasties that call Sunnydale their home.

The school doesn't end with just the walls ending. There's quite a bit more for to it, including the grounds. IF you're relaxing, searching for something to do, or hoping to smoke a quick one before Snyder catches you.

The Bronze is the epicenter of all things cool and current in the ‘Dale. The club offers live music at least once a week. For those that are underage there is a nice juice bar and cappuccino machine. The Bronze is the by the far the best place to see and be seen.

Sunview Mall is not the nicest mall in the world, but at least it's something.Located in the nicer side of downtown, Sunview Mall is full of department stores where one can enjoy a shopping spree or just a quite stroll.

Even the creatures that go bump in the night need a place to party. Willy’s has all the beer and AB negative you could ever want. If you need information about the supernatural good old Willy will happily give it to you, for a fee of coarse. Humans are welcome but make sure that you are actually evil unless of coarse you don’t mind being eaten.

|California State Cemetery|
A large cemetery for those who choose not to have a private funeral for their loved ones. The first cemetery in Sunnydale, this one has quite a few empty graves, and I'm sure you know why. Though the groundskeeper does a good job of keeping it looking nice, the random grave robbings ruin his grass.

Years ago, a wealthy family constructed this large mansion. Soon after, they fled and left the beautiful home unoccupied. Demons with taste have inhabited it since and the current occupant is our beloved Angel. Coming in during the daytime could be a bad idea, especially if he's not ready for you!

A few miles outside Sunnydale is a small forest, though it's large for California. A number of mysterious creatures can be found within the trees and though many people have taken day trips here, the forester makes sure no one goes in after dark.

A large string of docks, warehouses and abandoned buildings along the shore. During the day men are hard at work loading and unloading ships but at night the monsters come out to play. Watch your back!

Perhaps the most unexplored of all the planes that mortals have somewhat simple access to, the Astral Plane is in a constant state of change. The powers within this plane are beyond recognition and though many can access it and use it as a neutral conduit for conversation, it has far greater potential than people realize.

The only other plane that every single being in the world can get to. The Dream Plane is where our dreams exist and though many believe this plane to just be a reflection of this one, they're a bit off. What exactly the dream plane can do has yet to be proven but it can't be good.
