Title: My Truescale Warsmith (pics working, a bit big)
Loketh - June 18, 2008 09:07 PM (GMT)
Alright, I'm really happy with how this guy turned out (probably the most complex conversion I'll ever do), and just thought I'd show him off. I still need to bulk up his chest with greenstuff and add some cables to his weapons and head, but that's about it. Oh, ignore the WHFB square base. It was the first thing I could get my hands on to prop him up for the shoot. Enjoy!
Size comparison

Excuses for the poor size comparison picture. It doesn't do the painted guy justice.

It is looking pretty cool. Also you said about the WFB base... if you got some more, could use them to make some cool base just use them as tiles??
But model look pretty cool :thumb:

I still need to file down the armor on his left leg after I got rid of all the Dark Angels symbols, but that's not TOO huge of a job.

the links don't work for me

Crap. They were working fine yesterday! I tried putting the [img] tags on them but it wouldn't let me because it was an "active page".
EDIT: Can an admin get the pictures running? Nothing I've tried makes them work.

I wouldn't host pics on a yahoo group, mostly you only have access if you are a registered user.

yeah, use photobucket as most of us do.

It looks like you're trying to img-tag link to the Yahoo page and not the image itself. The link itself is incomplete thanks to stupid abbreviation with '...' Is it Internet Explorer that's the culprit for this?

Me want to see! Me want to see! Noooooo - links don't work. :crybaby: can you paste your pics directly to your posting?
Thanks!

I tried a different link, and I have made major changes to the model since the time I've taken the shots. New head, new right arm, and took off the shoulder mounted bolter to make into a cute little servo skull.
Geez, the pictures are huge! Someone size them down, sorry guys!
