wow. this isnt really a power gamer, or necissarly a good list. here is a list i would use with my imperial guard.

with alot of stuff
3 basilisks
infantry squads with heavy bolters
6 lascannons.

your winged hive tyranids would be a pain, but if i get all your troops gone and blow your fex's away your tyrants would be the only thing left. you need more detail and point cost to your army man.

6 lascannons. You would be pushing your luck to kill one let alone 2 tyrants.
You would not stop 80 hormagaunts assalting you on turn 2.
And to say my army isant good because it would (aparantly) lose to a army DESIGND TO BEAT IT, makes little sense. Unless you were refering to your own army.
