A PM thunderbird sent the Melb members has got me thinking :CLUNK-CLUNK:

Can we set up a couple of stickie threads in the Australian Members section titled:

Victoria
Queensland
New South Wales

and any other states that have active members

Each time a member goes to get a performance or styling modification, they can post what they got, were they got it, how much it cost, what the result was like, proffesionalism of place etc etc.

This would be very usefull every time a new member joins can go here and rather than asking the same questions that have probably been asked before (like i have) there is a really good location full of answers.

anyway just my 2 cents, and if its too much hassle for the moderators i understand.

Sounds like a great idea! T'bird can keep an eye on it, but it shouldn't require any moderating really!

isn't vendor verdict a bad thing to have on the forums.....defirmation etc.... maybe we should put one up for members only to save any legal troubles

I see where you are comming from but rather than say a place is shit we could say things like

In my opinion i give this workshop 0/10 marks, due to the extra costs that only became apparent afterwards, and the poor fit of the product.

Just make sure the content of the threads is not visible to non-paid up members. Non members will see that the treads exist and want to join to get the good info...
