So you have bought your new Lexus/Altezza and you want to it to look good. There are a couple cosmetic options that are synonymous amongst Altezza (and other car owners). Here are a list of things that you can do with your Lexus in terms of Looks:
1. Lower it. Lets face it, the factory ride height on our cars are waaaaay too high. Lower it with some sports springs or if you can afford it, coilovers.
2. Slap a bodykit on it. Common ‘demand’ for our cars with little ‘supply’ for it.
3. Get your car some new shoes. Get bigger, wider, badder rims to suit the aggressive look on our cars
Ride Height:There are many places to go for to lower your ride height. In fact, it is probably the easiest next to changing your wheels. Aftermarket springs can be found at most reputable workshops. We recommend:

Bodykits:Because our cars are pretty unique, genuine items will be hard to find. For the best fit, factory kits are the way to go. Lexus can provide a clean looking set of sideskirts and rear lip. Lexus offers two options for the front, either this

If these aren’t to your liking, there are many shops around Sydney that offer replica kits for the is. However, some of these places are to be avoided. If any of you find a good place to get kits that fit well and don’t cost an arm and a leg, please tell us!
Original kits, mainly originating from Japan can also be sourced from many workshops, but beware, due to the low numbers of these being purchased, and the quality of the product, expect to pay a lot of money for these.
After you find your kit, you will want to get it painted. We recommend either:

For more serious wheel packages such as light weight racing spec rims, you are better off going to a workshop that can import these for you
