A mate of mine had ordered a kit for $1500 delivered so the price aint to bad.

Once his kit arrives I'll check out the quality of the kit and will let ppl know of they are worth it.

BTw, I think Pimp my ride or some other show uses this company for there kits..

some interesting kits, and even more interesting prices.

just be careful when ordering from the US, they only have the IS300, and whilst the is2/300 are identical here in australia, they have a slightly different body

the american is300 seems to be slightly longer, with their rear end sticking out a bit more and so too their front end

I thinking shippin was $800, as u can see thats where most of the cost went.

I'll get in contact with them and ask for dimensions of their Is300 to determine whether it will be a straight fit.

I was under the impression they were indentical? but il confirm it first.

yeah modification will be needed to get it to fit aus cars due to the crash bars they have in the US models

has anyone tried buying kits from lextasy.com ??

I'm in melbourne and chasing the legana front bar (i think its called). i was tempted to go with carmate but after reading everyones opinion on them, I think I'll pass.

ol Lextasy have received some less than glowing reports from some members on the UK forums, however there's been good reports also.

Your probably better off trying to source it from Japan direct, through a parts importer perhaps? Certainly, shop around!!

I would recommend not getting from US

The shell of the IS300 in US is larger than the rest of the world.

Is quite awkward to get to fit, couple of UK guys have done with it being a bit time consuming

I purchased a spoiler from them. With this one purchase, service is not their no. 1 priority ;)

I called Lexus of Brighton (Victoria) and they had never heard of the Legana front bar..
I emailed the guy some photos and he is going to try chase it up for me.

Would it help if I gave you the part number for the Legana front bar?

I asked lexus brighton as well and they referred me to this panel beater / bodyworks place which fixes all of there cars.

give blackburn Lexus a try if that fails, coz the guy that i spoke to said that he could get them.

Would this lower lip fit on the standard (1999) IS200 front bar?

I thought the Elegance was a factory option through TRD, & the Legana is the next most common one you see on the road here. I assumed you could order that from the dealer also.

DataBitz still has my catalogue or I could look them up, but if you PM Frylai he will have it all in his head!

The part number for the Legana front bar is 08164-53010-BO. It listed as Bumper, Aero IS200.
