took my lexus to ozzy tyres in fyshwick ACT to put in stock springs to pass regoo

BIG mistake i got my car back with the back right shock popped up threw into my boot. ozzy tyres try to charge me $240 for a whole new shok and install.

i go to inline and get the shock checked out buy the owner chris and he tells me there is a washer missing i call up ozzy tyres and tell them that i got it checked and mysteriously my washer witht the rubber bumpstop is there they found it and put it in back for free.

i take my car to inline in queanbeyan to put low springs. i get a phone call from chris tellin me to come have a look at my car because the whole front left hand side had missing bolts bolts stripped and broken bolts. there was evan a wheel nut holding my shock there was bolts stripped on other sides to just not as many chris went out of his way and fixed all the bolts for me and charged me an extremely low price to my shock. Funny thing was he told me there wasnt even a rubber bump stop on the shock i went back for them to fix.

the car was perfect and ran so smooth before i took it here. the suspension didnt even maek a sound slammed on its arse on 20" rims

mind you i when i went back to ozy tyres to have my shock put in properly when i got home my back right hand side wheel(worked on one) had a wheel nut missing and the other one was loose and almost fell off..

Pricings- ozzy tyres - $300 (fuckd my bolts, shock etc)
Inline- quote b4 knowing bolts were fucked $260
after all pricing with bolts changed,rubber bump stop plus low springs being put in $250 hehehehheheh what a great guy

funny thing about this is i bought 17" rims for my old exa from there with they told me they would fit, took weeks and weeks of waiting for them and they didnt even fit my carr

Yeah i just thought i would warn some one else who loves there car as much as me before they go there.

I have heard through a friends that similiar things happend to a friends BMW at the same shop.

Just really shady and dirty to me. so i thought i would warn any one incase there goin there.

my car was left in a pretty bad state as soon as i left that shop i could here my let hand side making noises over every bump and the mechanics told me i can drive it hom with out no worries hahahahahhaha and the guy at inline couldnt give me my car back from how unsafe it was

Yep more problems again.

another bump stop was damaged from the springs not being put in properly at ozzy. causing my ride hight on the front right hand side to sit lower making my 20" rims hit my gaurds.

dang man, ozzy tyres seems to generate the same reputation as tempe tyres, the only thing they are good for is price on rims, but DO NOT let them install it.

Spring through the boot, WOW... not sure what to say to that

yeah i will. the car is at inline in queanbeyan he has been doin a really good job fixing there mess ups. He put the low springs in but cuz the stock springs were loose they fucked up 1 of the rubber bump stop on the right hand front side. so the car ride hight on that side is a little lower and and because my 20s are such a tight fit the right wheel touches the gaurd and cant do a full lock. That explaines my other post lets hope :rolleyes:

Have any of yous seen that silver lexus 1999 model with 20" zenneti rims dumped had plates lecstacy.

Have to agree there. Pricing may have been good, but initial impression and service drove me away! The most they have done for me is a quotation :lol: LUCKILY :angry:

I got my 19's from ozzy and got the car lowered there and they did an awesome job. I couldnt be happier....

maybe i was just lucky?
