Title: Calendar Permissions

eXo - July 2, 2007 12:20 AM (GMT)
any chance forums members have the ability to enter calendar events in? perhaps with approval required?

I think any of the directors/moderating team can use it-

PM any details to one of us & we can put it up.

I'm not sure who can/can't use it, I don't remember a control panel for permissions.

ok cool. was going to post up the recent events coming up so that we could see them in the stats section at the bottom of the forum. I tried posting but it said I didn't have permissions to, so i believe there may be permissions setup somewhere.

I think the official website should have the calendar updated every month too just to make the club look up to scratch with the events we organize together.

Nick, what buttons do you have on the right-hand side across from "todays Active topics" ??

Or right I found it, was only looking in the 'Mod CP' and not in the actual calendar...

Duh.

Cheers

Oh wait, under closer inspection, I cant access it lol!

When I click the "Add New Event" link, I get this message:

The error returned was:

Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available.

I used to be able to add events. Can't now. Someone's changed a setting somewhere...

Wasn't me! But nice to see others were using it, it's useful, but i don't have the time to add everything!
