Well I thought about writing this up just incase someone is planning to buy stuff off these guys to just be wary. I know I could be the unlucky one the get crap service <_< . Well I finally received my JIC front strut about a week ago.

The point that I'm pissed off about is that the person I was dealing with told me that this was the last one in stock so he wanted me to pay for it by a particular day ... which I did. And then I sent him an email to let him know that I have transferred the money into his account. He did not confirm back for more than a week (in which time I had sent him numerous emails with no response).

He comes back by saying that it has already been sold and that my payment did not make it in time  ... that was BS considering it was an Australian bank account and now he had my money.

Long story short he said that it need to be reordered from the manufacturing site which would take a while .... I ended up getting it about 40 days later  !!

So if you are going to buy something off them just keep that in mind. I know a few people have bought stuff from this place with no problem so as I said before I could just be unlucky.

On a happy :D note I'm happy with the product :D

JIC Magic Front Strut - Bar is aluminium with dry carbon layered on top.

I tried to order one of these from a supplier in Japan over a month ago, and they stated it was a 30 day wait, apparently JIC was low on stock and had to re manufacture them.

So perhaps Jason from Greenline didn't really bullshit you after all?

Yeah I understand that Shane but the point was that he had one in stock which he would hold on to for me untill I paid for it ... which I did.

I've dealt with Jason (From Greenline) on more occasions than I can remember, and to an extent I can understand where you are coming from. I'm not exactly sure how they run things but it seems to me that their Australian contact is doing things on a part time basis, as in taking on the Greenline business in addition to whatever he does fulltime, this results in emails that can take up to a week. My average response gtime from him would be 2-3 days

Having said this, they have always come through with the goods and charge very reasonable exchange and shipping rates
