Big Thanks to Riki for organising the trip... I know it was frustrating with people not commiting - or committing and then pulling out at the last minute but it was still an awesome weekend.... cheers

Thanks to Corey for spending big bucks on getting his car ready in time and showing us what a turbo can do for the RS200! (and thanks for taking us out for a spin;))

And also thanks to everyone else there.... Andrew (red mica brother), Carl (super 6), Alistair, Craig, Riki, Toby + Jeff (Hamner boys), plus the Cromwell locals in the 3rd yellow Altezza who joined in (Cant remember their names:()
And of course, all the partners/wives that came along.... It truely is the people that make it and you guys were a GREAT bunch to hang out with!

Just got home today. I'll put up some of the 200+ photos we took when I get a chance to upload them to Imageshack. We coverd 1500km on just over 2 1/2 tanks of petrol. nGood to meet a few more menmers, and have the chance to go over the highest sealed road in New Zealand with the group. (We actually did it both ways :woot: )

I'll start here with a few shots from the trip down. We went by a road known as the Pig Root, apparently because in the days of horse drawn wagons that's what some of it looked like.

Place on the road called Dead Horse Pinch. It's where horses frequently died in harness and had to be cut out and buried
