Work sucks I'm looking for more holidays.

hay there im from wanganui but would deff be keen for the drive ae, give my tom's spec tezz a bit of a road trip

27 Feb-1 Mar 2009 there is racing at Manfield, maybe if theres enough interest from the general area around there we could possibly have a bit of a meet and watch some motor racing etc.

Might be racing in the Swift Cup then too, but i might just save it to do a whole season next year.

How could we do it, a bit of a cruise or something, or meet near by, have a bit of a chat and coffee or something then enjoy some motorracing in the afternoon with a bit of a walk around the pits to have a look at the GT3 Porsches, V8s, TRS's etc

i got my holidays soon but am planning a road trip through Rotorua, Auckland to Whangarae and 90 mile beach. Thats early-mid feb

There is a grass park near Manakau, I'd need to check the exact details, access is rather rough and steep for low vehices.

Otaki Forks is ok its a while since I've been there, this does/did have BBQ areas.

let me know what people think and I can check some of these locations.

hmm family commitments with unexpected visitors happened last sunday. Thats why i pulled out of organising anything for last weekend.

and also leave on my north island road trip tomorrow starting with

Otaki on waitangi day and palmy north stock cars friday and sat,

Wanganui, Rotorua, Auckland, Whangarei, Cape Reinga, and back mt maunganui, te poke and rotorua again and home.

busy busy BUT am definitly keen once im back being around the 20th.




i think we should start with a meet day on a sunday, see how many turn up.
have a idea where to go and just do it.
more support will come once they see how much fun is being had.

And if anyone wants to have a look around a Porsche GT3 Cup Car let me know, ill be with them that weekend.
