I have changed my clutch, pressure plate and flywheel to TRD, and i honestly though i would have gotten rid of the clutch shudder when moving off sometimes, but in my my opion it seems worst sometimes. Does anyone get this shudder when moving off with their TRD set-up?

Yep- they are prone to shudder at certain revs/load, and they burn very easily if you slip the clutch going up a hill.

I think we all get that. I drive around the shudder OK, more revs, differernt way of lifting my foot, and I know its worse when cold. My wife insists on slipping it going up the driveway and I can smell it afterwards.

I saw one taken out after a few months of use and the clutch plate was black, the pressure plate & flywheel having blue/purple burn marks. That was tested and returned as "normal" by the clutch people.

ok, thanks.........thought it was only my car that does it

I have an Exedy with lightened fly-wheel. Virtually the same as the TRD and it shudders from stand-still. Even worse in reverse for some reason. Pretty normal apparently :-)

TRD one was a dream to drive compared to a 5 Puk :P , totally normal

Try driving with a ORC Racing Clutch, there's very little scope between on or off, you get a good jolt or bunny hop if you dont match the revs very well and taking off from a stop is like: rev -> shudder -> more revs -> shudder -> jolt -> bunny hop -> tiny bit of wheelspin

Thats in the dry, imagine trying to drive that in the wet :( Not sure what the material is on the clutch disc but it was either ceramic or something rock hard looking, wasn't organic looking like the stocker anyways!
