| After reading through all your posts, in future if anyone has any disputes regarding vehicle purchasing that have not been resolved during first month of purchase and the dealer is MTA registered, You have the ability to lodge a complaint against the dealer/sales representative through Motor Trade Association. Quote - The MTA Promise - When a Customer uses an MTA Member, they can be assured of receiving high quality service - in fact all Members must sign up to the Association's Customer Promise and Code of Ethics. In the event of a disagreement, a Customer can use the MTA Mediation Service to help resolve the issue. Heres the Link for future reference: http://www.mta.org.nz/mediation-promise P.s. And no I dont work for MTA- I used to work in the Automotive/Finance Industry. |
