Just bought a Pioneer Headunit. B)
Where is the cheapest place to get a wiring harness. My altezza doesnt have the superlive system. No amp behind glove box.

You in Aussie or NZ? Really you should wire it up properly, it's not that hard to cut & solder. Wiring diagrams here ->

i did a combination of both.
brought the break out loom from super cheap and soldered and heat shrink'd the connections i needed to and left the remaining ones redundunt
so
Continuous (ie always on)
key/acc
Earth (although i did run a new one to the chasis)
Aerial trigger
and also ran a trigger wire for a amplifier down the side and tucked it up and out of the way so i didn't have to pull the unit/dash out or appart when i put an amp in later.

I found a loom to ISO lead cheap. Would the new pioneer HU come with a ISO to HU lead or do I need that as well?

ahh, ummmm
will probably come with the head unit plug on one end and loose wires at the other which i suspect may be that case with any new head unit.
i can't 100% remember how mine worked out but a few mins with a multimeter (not a test light), a pad of paper and a pen you should have it sorted.
your head will have a book with it and diagram as to which wire is which
somehing like
red - Common
yellow - ACC (could be the other way around)
black - Earth
blue and blue / white for aerial and amplifier
CHECK/CHECK and re CHECK before wiring
test before putting it all back together
