In the second ECU diagram there is a Vaccum Sensor with connections to the ECU:
2D VC - Voltage Control
9D PIM - Manifold Absolute Pressure (Block D Pin 9)
PIM sounds like the one you need though. Needs to be cut and the FCD connected inline.

Got the info from Stav/LOC UK Thanks mate.
HKS FCD STD for IS200
E6 21 White Black Earth
E2 16 Black Red Power
E5 9 Green Red Map wire to cut.
So on the FCD.
RED -> E6-21
Black ->E2-16
White -> E5-9 (Facing Loom)
Yellow -> E5-9 (Facing ECU)
