hi guys just installed HID in my car this morning and everything was fine until i drove it @ night the HID went hay wire the right side was fine but the left side didnt work and my high beams went on instead.can anyone help me.?

check fuses and your loom. your saying after you installed the HID kit it caused your high beam to turn on instead? sounds like the wrong plug was installed haha. but yeh check your loom its most likely a loom issue

the HID on the right side worked fine but the left hand side didnt work instead the high beams were on but was dimmed for some reason.today i went and pulled it apart and put them back in nothing none of the lights work apart from the parkers and the foggies.so i put the normal globes back in they didnt work and the high beams doesnt work either.should i go to a auto electrian?

Installing HIDs to your main headlamps should not affect your high beams. You shouldn't even have to disconnect the connectors to the high beams.

Now that you have no lights at all, do as Wez suggested and check the headlamp fuses.

hi guy i just had a chance to check the fuse and it seemed that both fuse blew so had them replace and everything is working fine now thank for the input.
