Hi, I am considering adding a NOS kit to my altezza just for a little extra boost on track days. I don't do drag race's often so I would jus like a really basic and safe set up that won't cause any damage to the car. Can anyone suggest such a set up, including the nos kit i should use and any modifications that would need to be done eg. upgrading the fuel pump or injectors etc. Thanks guys.
Dont mess with Asian guys on bikes with uzis'
if you are in nz read on, if you arent, then dont bother:
You will probably find you wont be allowed on a race track with nos installed. A cylinder like that, which is under pressure is like having a bomb in your car in the event of an incident.
Its illegal for use on the street also. So about the only place it isnt illegal is the drag strip
Save your money. Spend it on making the car corner faster & stop quicker if you intend to do track days.

(Sorry had to do it.)
I really don't get the point of NOS on a track anyway... You will eventually run out of it in a lap or two and there goes all your $$. Get a turbo, you'll always have fun. It'll end up being cheaper too.
In all seriousness, I'll reccomend you need two cylinders... two if the big ones.
I find they are easiest to source overnight from Japan.
