Hi all,

I am going to be buying a quick shifter kit, and just need some finer points on how to get things apart in one piece, install the quick shifter, and fit it all back together.

I know the quick shifter has 4 bolts to hold it down - does anyone know what size wrench I need for this?

Are there any English translations of the install instructions for TRD kit? :D

Ahh ok. I was a little suspect on the 'pull the gear boot straight up' part, as mine seems fairly solid in place. Judging by your pics, there are a few little clips holding it in place.

Your photos are similar to what Nick indicated when he showed me his quick-shifter install.

The bolts that hold the things in place, they're just bolts on the top right? No nuts on the other end to be wary of?
