Title: Brakewarehouse?

Has anyone bought from:
http://brakewarehouse.com.au

I'm trying to get in contact with them. Only seem to be able to contact Via e-mail, and the site doesn't even seem to be owned by them. They haven't replied any e-mails.

Placed an order, and it directly debited my credit card, trying to mend my order. It's only been a few days, but I need to change the order before they start making the brakes.

Anyone had better luck?

Alright

Finally found the guy, apparently brakewarehouse is also known as brakesonline. Which is in turn linked to RDA brakes.

He was away or something, and they said they don't normally get cancels on orders.

1) Online presence = 24/7 uptime = constant sales, so a handover is in order?

2) They shouldn't process credit cards on the spot without some sort of confirmation if the thing has to be custom built, unless it's off the shelf already made.

I didn't go with RDA in the first place because no one replied to my query, so I went with project Mu for a discounted price as they replied straight away.

I don't understand the mentality behind having an online shop but being hard to reach, if you want "Always access" to stock and sales then you need to support this. As if bricks and mortar already didn't open past 5, and that's face to face! That you can tell people to f off and come back tomorrow.
