Alex sits on her COMFY chair behind the desk as she types away, waiting for this Dean Williams character to arrive,

'a carpenter... we need one of those!'

*Dean walks in slowly*"Hi,are you the mayor?"

Alex looks up and smiles,
"Yes, Yes I am, and you must be Dean Williams! Please, take a seat."
she motions to a comfy looking chair across the table.

"Thank you."*Dean takes a seat in the comfy chair*"I would like to be the villiage carpenter."

"That's great to hear! We've been advertising for a carpenter for months now!"
Alex smiles brightly,
"now, about the shop payments, I realise 2000G is a lot of money to pay all at once, so how about 2 monthly payments of 1000G each?"

"Umm...Ok,I guess.Do I have to pay them cosecutively?You know like 2 months in a row?I have to have some money to build the shop you know."

"You can pay them at the end of each month."
Alex nods to herself.
"The profit margin is at 40%, including your wages off course. Would that be okay?"

[ooc: 40% of all payments made to you you get to keep, this way you don't have to factor in price costs etc. ^_^]

"Ok,I don't see any problems.Do you have any idea where I can find wood to set up a cabin for the work shop?"

"There's quite a lot of stumps out in the mountains,"
Alex suggests,
"Whenever you're ready, please sign this contract."
She places a very official looking document on the table, along with a pen.
"by the way, where were you planning to build your workshop?"

"In mint square,if that's ok."*Dean picked up the pin ready to sign."

Alex nodded,
"Then everything's sorted!"
she smiled.

*Dean signed the papers*"If there's not anything else I probally should go get started,well bye."*He left the office*

Alex nodded, and went back to her paperwork.
